BISMARCK, NORTH DAKOTA – Great States Construction has broken ground on a new multi-family development in North Bismarck.
Located in north Bismarck at the corner of Washington Street and Medora Avenue, Village Cooperative of Bismarck is a 58-unit community designed for adults 62 and better who want the benefits of homeownership without the burden of maintenance.
The Bismarck Village Cooperative marks our second Village Cooperative development and our second project with Eagan, Minnesota based Real Estate Equities Development. The project builds on the success of the Village Cooperative in Billings, Montana, which is slated to open in early 2027.

The Bismarck Village Cooperative features 58 single-level residences ranging from approximately 900 to 1,500 square feet across 17 unique floor plans. Once completed, the building will have three stories plus an underground parking level.
Community amenities include a fitness room, hobby room, and a dedicated guest room designed to feel like a hotel room for visiting family. The development uniquely features an underground, heated parking level with elevator access to all floors.
This project is Great States Construction’s first multi-family project in Bismarck and is slated for completion in late 2027.
