Great States Construction has been named one of Prairie Business Magazine’s 50 Best Places to Work for 2026. This milestone also coincides with the company’s tenth anniversary.

Since our founding in 2016, creating a positive, people-first culture has been a driving force behind our growth. That commitment stretches far beyond our offices and job sites.

Building great communities means dedicating time to be a good neighbor. Every Great States team member receives eight hours per quarter of paid time to volunteer. Our team is encouraged to give their paid volunteer time to things that matter to them, even if it doesn’t have a direct connection to the work we do at Great States.

While giving back is a core value, so is reflecting on our successes as a team. We host gatherings, picnics, and parties that bring team members and their families together to celebrate our work and the people behind it. After all, the best part of building something great is getting to share it with the people who matter most.

“This recognition is a reflection of our great team,” said Michael Casper, President of Great States Construction. “The strong foundation of our company and the quality of our projects is a direct reflection on the people making it happen. It’s a privilege to work with such dedicated and talented professionals every day.”

As Great States continues to grow throughout the Upper Midwest and Mountain West, our focus will always stay on the people doing the work and the partnerships they build along the way.

Thank you to Prairie Business Magazine for this recognition, and thank you to every member of the Great States team for making it possible.
