FROM GROUND TO
GRAND-OPENING
1. Planning
We meet with you to establish your project goals and develop a preliminary design concept.
2. Design
We produce plans, specifications, and drawings based on your budget. During this phase, we collaborate with you to finalize the design and ensure we meet your goals and expectations.
3. Pre-Construction
This phase involves the selection of subcontractors, finalizing contracts, obtaining necessary permits, and scheduling construction activities. We’ll also conduct site surveys and finalize the construction schedule and budget.
4. Construction
We begin the work on-site, managing the construction process and coordinating subcontractors to ensure that the project is built to specifications and completed on time and within budget.
Our team of dedicated Project Managers and Superintendents ensure you receive consistent construction updates throughout.
5. Owner-Occupancy
We review the space together and create a documented punch list for any remaining items.
This is when we receive the Certificate of Occupancy and you get to move into your new space!
6. Post Construction
This phase involves final inspections and the completion of any punch list items. Any required warranties, maintenance manuals, and training are also provided during this phase.
