Over 25,000 vehicles pass by the corner of 52nd avenue near 40th Street, meaning there’s a good chance you’ve noticed something brand new under construction not far from Walmart in South Fargo.
Great States Construction and its partners began work earlier this summer on the new Simonson Station Store. Now that preliminary site work has been completed, crews are fast at work getting the store’s walls placed and infrastructure like underground fuel tanks installed.
Simonson Station Store has built a loyal following, and the new Fargo store will bring their legendary customer experience to one of the city’s fastest growing corridors.
The 9,600-square-foot store includes many signature features that Simonson has become known for including:
- Car wash with hand prep and drying
- Full-service deli with indoor seating
- Oversized fuel islands
- Large retail area featuring local brands and products
Our team is excited to a part of the brand’s expansion into South Fargo. The new location is expected to welcome customers in early 2027.
