Building on the success of the Village Cooperative in Billings, Great States Construction is partnering with REED to bring the concept to Bismarck, North Dakota.

The Bismarck community follows the same model that has made Village Cooperative a standout product in every market it has entered: one-level living for active adults 62 and better seeking homeownership without the burdens of traditional maintenance. The new community features 58 homes range from approximately 900 to over 1,500 square feet across a three-story building with enclosed, secure underground parking.

This project is Great States Construction’s first multi-family project in Bismarck. The project is slated for completion in late 2027.
