Volkswagen’s showroom standards are specific, and every detail has to match the brand. Great States Construction managed a selective renovation and small addition for Valley Imports in Fargo, updating the showroom to meet VW’s current retail experience standards.

The exterior was refreshed with a new signature VW entry portal and updated signage framing. Inside, color-changing ceiling panels and dark acoustic tile draw attention where it belongs, on the vehicles. Oversized floor tiles in varying tones anchor each display area without competing with the cars above them.

New front desk and workspace configurations support the sales floor. A private office with floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows keeps the space open while creating a dedicated area for closings. A dedicated EV display area and a retail section with VW’s signature blue slat walls round out the interior.
