Great States Construction partnered with Collective on a property improvement at ElseWarehouse in Minneapolis’ North Loop. Each improvement was designed to fit the existing character of the building rather than replace it.

Work included new workstation areas for residents working from home, updated lighting fixtures, improved bike storage, an updated dog wash station, a package room, and a new resident marketplace called EverythingElse.
