Great States partnered with SCHEELS Arena to create a fan experience unlike anything in the region. The project called for the conversion of four standard suites into a single signature lounge called the Great States Club.

On the concourse, guests are greeted by a sleek industrial entrance flanked by oversized blueprints and an illuminated logo.

Once inside, the Club is anchored by an open seating area at the top adjacent to a built-in fireplace, with a private bar wrapped in quartz serving as a focal point for the guest experience. Even though the space is far larger than the original suites, elements like integrated sound baffles, color changing lighting, and decorative wood shelving give it an inviting feel.

“We are thrilled to partner with Great States Construction on the development of our new Premium Lounge on the south end of SCHEELS Arena. This project represents a significant investment in the future of our facility and reinforces our commitment to providing first-class experiences for our guests, partners, and Fargo Force fans,” said SCHEELS Arena GM/Fargo Force President Jon Kram.

Closer to the action, existing stadium seating was replaced with luxury leather seats featuring quartz trays and cup holders.

The entire project moved from concept to completion in under three months, opening in time for the first concert of the season.

Great States Construction is the exclusive sponsor of the Club.

Kram added, “We are excited to work alongside Great States Construction to bring this vision to life and can’t wait for our fans and guests to enjoy everything this new space will offer.”
