Great States Construction is building a 58-unit Village Cooperative community in Billings, Montana, designed for active adults seeking homeownership without the responsibilities of traditional maintenance.

The three-story building features one-level living units ranging from approximately 900 to over 1,500 square feet, constructed over secured underground parking. That underground component is a notable addition for the Billings market, bringing added convenience and year-round usability for residents.

The project also incorporates a precast floor system, believed to be a first for a multi-family building in Billings. This approach has allowed the team to accelerate the construction schedule while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency throughout the structure.

Scheduled for completion in early 2027, The Village Cooperative adds a new housing option in Billings, built to support a lower-maintenance, community-focused lifestyle.
