Emra Sioux Falls is an active adult community designed for residents 55 and better, offering a maintenance-free lifestyle with thoughtful amenities and everyday conveniences.

The four-story, 209,000-square-foot community will offer one and two bedroom floor plans across 95 homes, with two levels of underground parking. Community amenities will include a yoga studio, fitness center, large community room, and an outdoor courtyard.
