Great States Construction worked on a 4,261 square foot tenant improvement project for a pediatric therapy office, featuring 11 offices, three storage rooms, a laundry room, a conference room, a sensory gym, a kitchen/breakroom, and a reception/waiting area.

We designed the layout, assisted in selecting finishes, and completed the construction process. One of the major challenges during the project was dealing with water leaks from the apartment decks above, which delayed the start of drywall installation by about 5-6 weeks.

In addition to addressing this challenge, we incorporated a few small additions to the project, including a laundry room added mid-construction. Despite the delays, we delivered a functional and well-designed therapy office.
