About the project
Julie’s Nail Bar was built in just 8 weeks with close collaboration alongside the client to finalize the design and layout and bring the vision to life.
A full month of pre-construction coordination ensured every detail aligned before work began. Plumbing was carefully laid out to match pedicure chair locations, lighting was centered for consistency across stations, and additional ventilation was incorporated to meet local code requirements.
Inside the space, a secondary full height wall was constructed in addition to the demising wall to create a clean, continuous mechanical chase.
A central feature wall separates the nail technician stations from the pedicure area. One side showcases a custom canvas mural that spans nearly the full length and height of the wall, while the opposite side provides integrated shelving for nail polish and supplies.
Marble look click lock flooring runs throughout the space. Gold accents carry through the space, from decorative lighting sconces to plumbing fixtures in the restroom and prep area.
