This 3,000-square-foot laundromat was brought to life through close collaboration between the WaveMAX team and Great States Construction, resulting in a bright, welcoming space that balances comfort with high-performance operations.

Behind the scenes, the project required significant infrastructure upgrades to support the demands of a modern laundromat. Electrical capacity was expanded, plumbing systems were carefully reworked, and mechanical systems were updated to handle specialized, high-efficiency equipment.

Coordinating the delivery and installation of that equipment added complexity to the schedule, but thoughtful planning and tight coordination kept the project moving smoothly.

The build also included a new entrance that improves visibility and flow, reinforcing the customer experience from the moment guests arrive.

Finished with WaveMAX’s signature design elements, the space delivers a clean, comfortable environment built to perform day in and day out.
