Great States Construction transformed an existing space in Fargo’s Osgood neighborhood into the new home of Fly Fitness, delivering a high-energy gym built for HIIT, Pilates, and spinning classes.

The project involved a full demolition and remodel, rebuilding the space to include two shower-equipped bathrooms and an additional restroom to support daily class volume.

Late in the schedule, the project faced a major shift when ownership and decision-making responsibilities changed just weeks before opening. With less than a week remaining, our team pivoted quickly to implement a full repaint and align the space with the new vision. We kept the project on track despite the compressed timeline.

The finished space features clean, modern finishes, including cloud ceiling systems and mirrored garage doors that provide both functional storage and a full mirrored wall in the HIIT studio.

The result? A flexible, high-performance fitness environment designed to support Fly Fitness’s energetic community from day one.
