About the project
The Teddy is a 54-unit community in the heart of Fargo, North Dakota. This unique design allowed for garages built right into the building, as well as additional storage for residents on the first floor. The building includes a community room, fitness center, and rooftop patio. We were proud to deliver this project before it’s scheduled finish date and under budget.
