Even before construction began, Great States Construction was working alongside trade partners to maximize the schedule without compromising workmanship.

As an upscale boutique, this was a project defined by its details. Every decision from floor-to-ceiling was made with intention.

The subtle colored polished concrete floors are practical and stylish. Custom built-in displays with integrated LED lighting draw attention to the merchandise. Above, the exposed ceiling is softened by suspended wood beams that also handle acoustics without interrupting the open feel.

The result is a refined retail space that was delivered on time for the holiday shopping season.
