With a need for personal storage at an all-time high, Great States Construction completed the development and construction of Public Storage, a climate controlled storage complex in Gilbert, Arizona.

Public Storage spans an impressive 97,422 square feet and offers 706 personal storage units spread across three floors. This project features amenities for their customers, including two elevators to make navigation to their units a breeze. The building also allows customers to drive directly to elevator access on the ground floor to unload their personal items easily.

To support this large project, Great States Construction required a steel beam large enough to use in sports areas to support the facility.
