Building upon a successful launch in Dickinson, North Dakota, Pop’s Soda Shack expanded its dirty soda done right experience to Fargo. The 1,400-square-foot space at BLOC marked the brand’s first location with indoor seating, expanding beyond its drive-thru-only concept.

Great States Construction led the collaborative design-build effort in partnership with an interior designer. The result is a bright, customized space, with bold tile and color serving as welcoming, physical expressions of the brand.

Behind the scenes, the project required close coordination to work within the constraints of an existing underground parking structure, including a precast beam that necessitated a minor restroom relocation during construction.

Much like Pop’s famed drive-thru experience, the wait wasn’t long. Great States Construction completed the project in just 85 days.
