The Lakeland Court project features 24 spacious, low income, 55+ units. Located in Devils Lake, North Dakota, this multi-family project provides residents in-unit laundry, a relaxing community room complete with a kitchenette, and garage parking.

This project faced a tough start during the Covid pandemic, facing both material and labor shortages. To ensure the building opened on time, our team worked closely with suppliers to secure resources until all units were finalized.

Despite the setbacks, Lakeland Court Apartments was completed in 10 months and is now home to many residents and provide comfortable and contemporary living.
