About the project
This sizable endeavor spans 80,000 square feet, with 7,000 square feet dedicated to production facilities and another 10,000 square feet thoughtfully designed for office space. What sets this project apart? It’s our ability to adapt. We tackled Aresostar in phases, allowing for early move-ins and working seamlessly around existing tenants. Completed in February 2024, Project Aresostar embodies our commitment to flexible, client-centered solutions.
