Pinehurst Apartments delivers modern multi-family living with a strong focus on comfort, functionality, and community.

Completed in March 2024, the 114-unit development consists of two 57-unit buildings connected by breezeways, offering residents spacious layouts, in-floor heated garages, and a wide range of shared amenities designed to support everyday living.The community features pet wash stations, resident community rooms, a clubhouse with fitness center, outdoor cooking and gathering spaces, a playground, and an entertainment room. These amenities enhance livability while supporting strong lease-up and long-term value.

Construction took place through record snowfall and extreme winter conditions, requiring disciplined planning, constant communication, and proactive problem-solving. Our team remained focused on coordination, safety, and schedule management throughout the build, adapting in real time to keep progress moving forward despite challenging conditions.
