Great States Construction is proud to announce we are continuing to grow our footprint in the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota, building on years of work in the region with a team now anchored in our new Edina office.
Located at Southdale Center, the Edina office gives our team a stronger local presence and dedicated resources to support a growing portfolio of projects across the metro. Our team in Fargo and Edina works together seamlessly to deliver consistent results throughout the region.
Building Roots in the Twin Cities
Great States Construction is a familiar name across the Minneapolis–St. Paul area. Expanding our local presence reflects long-term confidence in the Twin Cities, from new projects like The Setting in Edina to continued improvements at established North Loop properties like ElseWarehouse.

Looking Ahead
As we look toward 2026 and beyond, Great States Construction is actively engaged in projects throughout the Twin Cities spanning commercial, industrial, tenant improvement, and multifamily construction.
A project of particular note is The Setting in Edina, a 150-unit luxury multifamily community currently under construction near Southdale Center and the Galleria.
This project marks an exciting chapter for Great States Construction in the Twin Cities, reflecting both the confidence we have in the market and the strong partnerships that made this development possible. Construction is also underway with Eagan, Minnesota-based Village Cooperative on the group’s Billings, Montana community, marking that brand’s first expansion into Montana, with occupancy anticipated in April 2027.
