The sound of construction is picking up in Moorhead and Dilworth – and soon, Fargo will be next. Great States Construction is excited to announce we’re building three new Kwik Trip locations across the Fargo-Moorhead area this summer.

Midwest Partnerships, Built to Last

Kwik Trip Locations built by Great States Construction

There’s something special about teaming up with another Midwest company. Wisconsin-based Kwik Trip has long been a trusted name in fuel, food, and friendly service. As they expand into our region, we’re proud to help bring their vision to life.

“When Midwest companies work together, there’s an unspoken understanding,” says Michael Casper, Founder and President of Great States Construction. “We share Kwik Trip’s values—quality, efficiency, and community. That connection makes everything run more smoothly.”

Progress You Can See

In Moorhead and Dilworth, our crews are already hard at work— Fargo’s site is right behind, with groundbreakings scheduled in the coming weeks.

Thanks to our specialized approach to convenience store builds, we’re able to manage fast-moving projects without sacrificing quality or detail.

What These Locations Bring

Each new Kwik Trip will feature the amenities people love—fresh food, fuel, and everyday essentials. But beyond that, they bring something even more important: new jobs, local services, and trusted convenience for busy families.

Our construction process is designed to be as smooth as possible for neighbors and nearby businesses. From managing noise to maintaining tidy sites, we focus on minimizing disruptions every step of the way.

What’s Next

All three Kwik Trip locations are on track for completion this Fall.

These builds are just one part of a busy season for our team. From convenience stores to multi-family housing and mixed-use developments, we’re proud to be shaping spaces that serve communities across the region.

“Whether it’s a place to grab your morning coffee or a place to call home, we build with purpose,” says Casper. “There’s real pride in knowing our work supports the day-to-day lives of people in our communities.”

Stay tuned as we share more behind-the-scenes stories from job sites across the Upper Midwest.
